Please email billing@totalpm.com or call us at (949) 261-8282 if you are experiencing trouble accessing the portal. 

Your new account number was issued with your May billing statement, along with a Portal Key notice. Please refer to these notices for your new account and login information. 

The roll out of the artificial intelligence-powered text service is currently delayed while we are migrating final data into the new software. We will update everyone on that service soon!

Welcome Homeowners!

On behalf of your Community, we are excited to bring you a new look and enhanced site for your Owners' Association. Our hope is that this community website serves as an effective information resource for your community and as a useful tool for tracking your communications with us.

Portal Access

To set up your portal, you would have received an email with a registration password to log into your account. If you cannot locate this email, please select “I forgot my login/password” at the top of the Log In page to reset your password.

If you did not previously provide an email address, please check your mail for a portal key and instruction notice.

ACH/Auto Draft-Registered Owners

If you set up your previous portal with ACH/auto draft through Total’s website, you do not need to update your bank account information, unless you want to change your account information.

Bill Pay Owners

If your payments are set up through your bank’s bill pay service, you will need to contact your bank to update the remittance address for your community. Please ensure that the checks are made payable to your Association.
